Clare looks like Udonna in so many ways, but unlike her, Clare doesn't do very well when casting magic spells. In fact, she messes up almost everything she tries to cast. Aside from this, Claire has a kind heart and was even able to convince Udonna to reach out to Nick. Her Mother, Niella, was the gatekeeper but she gave her life to seal the gate to the Underworld forever. Clare also stopped Morticon's plans to release an army of monsters into the Surface World. She had a special mode known as "Shinning Moon Warrior". She took care of Dragon Heart as if she were his Mother.

One day Udonna went to look for her Husband, Clare followed with her until Udonna was kidnapped by Hekatoid. When the Rangers were not able to help, Clare joined forces with Phineas to help try to rescue her. Along the way they ment Leelee who helped them by showing them where Udonna was being kept. In the end, Clare was able to save her Aunt.

During the final battle, Clare was granted her full magical powers and she and the Snow Prince went to help the Rangers in the Master's destruction.

Manager of The Rock Porium where the Rangers all work together. For a long time, Toby had no idea that his employees were the Power Rangers, until one day when it was made known by their decision. He always pushes everyone to get their work done and seems to sometimes have WAY too much energy. He was the only one who could figure out the puzzle that unlocked the Fire Heart. He lead the people of the town during the final battle and is now dating Leelee's now human motherwho (for some reason) he decided to call Nikki.

Toby

Phineas

Phineas is a mix of a goblin and troll...a Troblin. It is because of this strange mixture that he is not well liked by many people in the village. Usually everyone would take one look at him and head in the other direction. This also made it very hard for him to hold a job anywhere for very long. Although he would sometimes get on their nerves, he became a very good friend of the Rangers. They also found out that he was the one who took baby Bowen into the human world. When Leelee helped Clare and Phineas rescue Udonna, she was impressed by his fighting skills and they started dating. He also became an employee at the Rock Porium, but they haven't had many customers since.

Leelee

Leelee is Necrolai's daughter, born into a world of evil but always fond of the Human World, all she really ever wanted was friends. For a while she stayed in the UnderWorld and did her best to be evil as her Mother wanted her to. When Koragg took the Rangers to the Underworld in attempt to take their powers, they discovered Leelee was there and was very upset with her. However, Leelee was not so happy either when her Mother announced she would be the next queen of Vampires. Upset at her Mother, Leelee left the UnderWorld and took a job at the Rock Porium and because his other employees (the Power Rangers) where always having to take care of other business, Toby really needed her help. Although it took time for the Rangers to trust her again, she later helped rescue Udonna and was there to help the Rangers during the final battle.

Jenji

Jenji is a genie who happens to have a very good sense of humor. A long time ago, he was banned from this homeland after the King cast a spell on his village and the people of the village begain to think he was evil. He wondered around until the one day found a treasure that trapped him inside. There is where he remained until Daggeron moved him into a magical lamp. He became Daggeron's partner and later became very close friends with the Power Rangers. Last time Jenji was seen he was helping to rebuild that village in the forest.

Fire Heart

Fire Heart, the last dragon on Earth. It's egg was placed into a chest and sealed inside a cave so it could one day be unleashed on the planet. Clare discovered the egg and it soon hatched and grew into its adult form. It was discovered that he was an important part of Nick fillng his destiny as 'the Light' by combining into the Dragon Fire Ranger. Without the Rangers, he would have belonged to Koragg.

Snow Prince

The Snow Prince was the mentor of the original Mystic Wizards. He came to the Mystic Force when Daggeron strayed from the Path of Knowledge. Because of his actions, Daggeron had to follow Nick as his teacher for one day. Snow Prince returned home after he realized Daggeron had learned his lesson by following his "gut feelings" and defeated Megahorn. He also helped in defeating the Master during the final battle.

Mystic Mother

Rita Repulsa had become the most powerful sorceress of good magic. Snow Prince tried to warn her when the Master was about to attack her palace, but she refused to take the warning. Although she tried her strongest spell on the Master, it was no use, she then sent Snow Prince to warn the Rangers. However, before the Master could destroy her, she turned herself into a force of energy which could not be destroyed. Without the Master knowing it, she made Clare a full sorceress that would allow her to help the Mystic Force. Mystic Mother continues to watch over all who serve good magic.

Nikki

After reviving Leanbow and Daggeron, Necorali was finished. However, she then became human and later moved into the city with her daughter and started dating Toby. When Necorali could not come up with a name for herself, Toby just started calling her "Nikki". It is thought that such an act of goodnees, like reviving Leanbow and Daggeron, was enough to shead her from evil and turn her human. She now seeks peace in life for her and her daughter.
