| RANSIK: CRIME LORD FROM THE YEAR 3000 |
| Ransik was the all-powerful crime lord from the year 3000. He escaped from the police in his time and traveled to 2001. The time police followed him were still unable to capture him. Ransik was an out-cast in his time because of his actions and looks. He thought that no one would ever be able to care about him again and that life did not matter. It was because of his feelings and the way that he had lived most of his life, that Ransik caused problems for the Time Force Rangers. But in the end, Nadira helped Ransik to see that there was still some good left inside him...So he turned himself in, saying "I am ready to pay for what I have done. |

| Nadira is Ransik's only child. Ransik always gave her more respect than anyone else, even if she did sometimes get on his nerves. Nadira, like her father, had a habit of stealing things. This sometimes caused problems for her, Ransik, and the rangers. Also, she loved to make things up. But in the end Nadira really did turn GOOD! She was the one who talked her father into "turning himself in". Nadira once helped deliver a baby, and ever since then, she has been nice to humans. |

| NADIRA: DAUGHTER OF RANSIK |
| Gluto was once caught and frozen by the "Time Police". He was finally free after several years after Ransik had released him. There is not too much to say about Gluto except that he was just as evil as the rest of the villains and he did his best to do what Ransik asked of him. He was most likely re-captured by the Time Force Police, after Ransik gave up. But it was never really clear as to what happened to him. |

| Frax also worked for Ransik, but sometimes he enjoyed taking matters into his own hands. Frax came up with a lot of ideas on how to destroy the rangers and once he had made up his mind to do something, that is what he did. Sometimes he would release monsters without telling Ransik. Ransik and Frax didn't always get along, but somehow, they managed. It turns out that Frax used to be human, and was the one who helped Ransik the time he almost died. Ransik wouldn't have been alive if not for Frax. {You would think Ransik would respect him more.} |
