Meet the General of Lothor's evil army, Zurgane. No matter what he is taking about, he always really does mean what he says.
Zurgane would like nothing more than to be able to take over the Earth..and at times, it seems that he would like to take control over the Earth even more than Lothor. Zurgane even appears to be more evil than Lothor himself!
One thing that really drives Zurgane crazy is when people that he works with cannot complete a task. He usually tries to do everything on his own when ever he can.
